What that means in practice:
An external system or agent can POST a contact into a Venntive Group via API.
That triggers a Workflow automatically. That Workflow can trigger a Journey.
The Journey orchestrates the full sequence from there — email, SMS, tasks, follow-ups, scoring, reporting — with no human in the UI required at any point.
External trigger → API → Group → Workflow → Journey → Full orchestration.
That chain works today. It's not a roadmap item.
While Salesforce spent two years rebuilding their platform to expose it as callable endpoints — and announced it as a breakthrough — Venntive's API has covered the full platform from the start. Your clients don't need an enterprise contract or a dev team to get there.

Venntive operates as a VAR program — not white label. That distinction matters.
White label means your clients are using your version of a platform, customized in ways that can't travel anywhere else. If the relationship ends, they're stranded. Their data lives in an instance that only works inside your specific configuration. That's not a feature — it's a trap.
Venntive is a strong, recognized brand. Partners of Salesforce and HubSpot don't white label those platforms — the brand association is part of the value. The same is true here.
What the VAR model means:
- You implement, configure, and build solutions on top of Venntive for your clients
- Your clients get a Venntive instance — their instance, on the actual Venntive platform
