All the updates to the LMS (Learning Management System), Wiki, Surveys, and well, I'm pretty excited for all these updates .

1. Journeys - new Delay option to delay until a specific day of the month (8 Oct 2020)
2. Journeys - boxes are color coded by type once saved (4 Oct 2020)
3. LMS - for students, improved visibility / user experience for changing chapters when on mobile, so the user doesn't have to scroll to the content (changing chapters auto-scrolls to the content) (8 Oct 2020)
4. LMS - at the top of the course information is an area with some stats relevant to the course (num of graduates, num in progress, latest graduate, average time to finish) (6 Oct 2020)
5. LMS - courses now can set an inactivity time, where if the student doesn't mouseover or click or type after x minutes, it will pop up a dialog and stop the course timer (31 Aug 2020)

7. Ticketing > Search - results now show status of ticket (open/closed) with color code (6 Oct 2020)
8. Incoming MMS messages will automatically capture up to 5 attachments per message and have a link to view the attachment from the CRM record (23 Sep 2020)
9. Updated Shared User permissions for Contacts > Tools so that only Power Users and users with Contacts permissions can access them (Limited and Restricted contacts may not) (15 Sep 2020)
10. Contacts > Reports > Opportunities > Deals Closed - Added opportunity profit spline overlay (10 Sep 2020)
11. Separate Open and Closed Opportunities in Company details (29 Sep 2020)

15. Surveys - Added support for both pseudo-anonymous (will attempt to identify user when they answer the survey) and fully anonymous survey links (will never attempt to identify respondent) (19 Sep 2020)
